Code of Blue
As I write this post tonight, I write it with a heavy heart. You may think Code of Blue is about police officers, but it is not, it's about Conductors, Train Conductors to be exact. See they too wear a Blue Uniform. They also have a code, where they seem to think you should never tell on one another. It seems the ones that make sure you know about this code are the ones that are doing something wrong and don't want to, how should I say, lose their jobs. I spoke to an old friend the other day, he now carries a big responsibility at the company and asked about a situation with an employee, and how he felt she lied about something, much to his surprise I informed him, she had not lied. The men that work for him had lied. This company has a lot of managers that turn a blind eye to the things that go on in the ranks. Especially when it comes to their men.
